Cara joined Barclay Family Dental in 2019. She has been working in the dental field for 18 years, where she held the position of clinical manager and clinical lead. As part of the Barclay Family Dental team in Cherry Hill, NJ, she brings extensive experience in dental office management, purchasing, operations, and clinical dental team support. She has also assisted with general dentistry, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, implantology, and extensive cosmetic and restorative cases. Her background as a dental assistant and clinical lead allows her to support different aspects of patient care. She works diligently alongside Dr. Parkhurst and Dr. Punia as they provide comprehensive dental care to patients. Cara loves making an impact in her patients' lives by helping transform their smiles and supporting a patient-focused dental team.
Cara is married and has two amazing sons who mean the world to her! You can always make her smile with a cup of coffee!
Kathy
Kathy has been a part of the Barclay Family Dental team since the very beginning in 2017. She started her career as a dental hygienist 19 years ago and has been at Barclay Family Dental for nine years. She has worked with Dr. Punia and Dr. Parkhurst for eight years. As an experienced dental hygienist in Cherry Hill, NJ, Kathy combines her clinical knowledge with a compassionate approach to patient care. Together, they have combined their skills and knowledge to bring you a positive dental experience. Kathy reassures every patient that there is no reason to feel afraid or embarrassed when visiting the office. Whether you are five years old or 100 years old, the compassion and quality of care remain the same. Her experience as part of a dental team for nervous patients helps her support patients of different ages and comfort levels. She strives daily not only to educate her patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care but also to be the best clinician possible. Her daily goal is for each patient to leave with a smile and return with an even bigger one.
Kathy has been married for 26 years and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, exercising, and taking care of her pets!
